Shutter Sync functions as a bridge between your archival storage and your professional presence. To facilitate this, we collect specific metadata and account information through our integrated partners:

- check_circle Meta Account Information: We store authorization tokens and profile identifiers required to execute automated publishing actions.
Autonomous Posting & Metrics
Purpose of Use
Data is processed solely for the execution of your defined "Shoots" and archival workflows. We do not sell your photographic content or personal identifiers to third-party advertisers.
Performance Analysis
We track engagement metrics from Meta platforms to provide you with insights into which photographic assets resonate most with your audience.
Security & Infrastructure
We operate on a Principle of Least Privilege. Our internal systems only access the specific assets and credentials required for the active task.
Secret Manager
All API keys and tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard Secret Management protocols.
Encrypted Transit
All data transmitted between Shutter Sync, SmugMug, and Meta is secured via TLS 1.3 encryption.
Audit Logs
Every automated post and data sync is logged for your review within the Dashboard Archive.
Your Rights & Control
You maintain full ownership of your creative property. At any time, you may revoke Shutter Sync's access to your integrated accounts through your platform settings. This will immediately cease all data collection and autonomous posting activities.
